Character Profiles: Pierson

(As promised, here is the start to the character profiles for Immortals.)

Name: Pierson
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Origins: Isles of Tandar

Pierson was a cheeky girl who used to live with her father on his dragon farm. From a young age, she had been obsessed with dragons, and would often sneak into their holds to play with them. They were quite patient with the small girl, taking care not to accidentally squash her when she got under foot, or set her on fire when they sneezed. As Pierson grew older, however, she began to explore more aspects of the world. At school, the girl discovered that she had an aptitude for fire magic, and often used this power to pull small pranks and tricks around the school.
Pierson did not find that her normal educational facilities catered to the extent of her abilities, and so she enrolled at Stonehaven, a school for those looking to specialize more in what they studied. Once there, she was put into a cottage with Naomi, an Illumini from the deep trenches of the ocean, Blake, a fierce swordsman, Fae, a quiet girl from the woodlands who's skill with an as of yet unidentified magic and extensive knowledge of creatures and myths and tales makes her a valuable asset of exam days, Ellie, a feisty feline girl from the plains who's skill with a bow and arrow is unrivalled, and Deason, a mysterious mage-in-training who seems to enjoy conversing with spirits, and uses them to his advantage in battle, much to the dismay of other mages such as Pierson.
When she left home, Pierson brought along her beloved pet, a baby dragon named Cobalt. He enjoys getting into Deason's books and scrolls, which Pierson finds hilarious, much to Deason's annoyance.
The six youngin's often get in to trouble, whether it be sneaking off to go on a quest, or blowing stuff up in the library, there is always adventure to be found if you hang around with them for long enough.

Immortals: A Rundown.

Stories are immortal. They never go away, everything, and everyone has a story. Myths and tales are passed down from generation to generation, age old traditions that attest to their immortality. These six characters are to become such immortals.
Pierson, a cheeky fire-mage-in-training-.
Deason, a dark and mysterious mage-in-training that people know very little about, and often comes off as cold or cruel.
Naomi, an Illumini who's watery origins often influence her skills, decor, and style.
Blake, a swordsman who is terrifying in battle, but a big teddy at heart.
Fae, a sweet girl who knows a lot about old legends and tales, and has great knowledge on the creatures of their dimensions and others.
And Ellie, a highly skilled archer who loves the open prairie and the thrill of the hunt.
All of them are put together in the same cottage in Stonehaven, an institution for folks who wish to further their studies in ways that they may not be able to achieve at other places. Pierson and Deason often clash, and it's no help that Pierson's infant dragonling often gets into Deason's supplies, which Pierson finds hilarious, but Deason does not. He insists that she keep her dragon elsewhere, but everyone else finds Cobalt adorable and drowns Deason out.
These six, plus Cobalt, cause a great deal of shenanigans. They always seem to find themselves up to their necks in adventure and trouble, and must use what they have to ensure that everything is fixed before any of the instructors notice what is going on, and raise the alarm.
Eventually, it comes time for them to leave on a quest to prove that they are worthy to move up in ranks, and they all head off. Adventure, possible romance, chaos, dimensional travel, magic, mad science, and just about every other thing you could hope for in this fantastic bundle of madness. Good luck to all those who dare to enter here! And even better luck to those who decide to stay...

(I have no idea when, and how often this will get updated. I have to use my friend's scanner, as he is the only person I know that has one that works. Plus, there's school to see to etc... Thanks if you do decide to stick around though!)

Webcomic idea

Hello! Sivvy here. I've been toying with the idea of trying to do a webcomic for a while. This blog has been brought into existence to post updates, share thoughts and ideas, and get suggestions, advice, and ideas from other people. One thing that I would really like to know is how many people would actually be interested in reading it. I'll make a separate post for all the characters and whatnot soon. So, yeah. Just a quick little blurb. If you are interested, comments would be lovely! Thank you so very much!
Sivvy out.
